Hey everyone!

I am currently planning to overclock my CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition) in attempt to learn how to overclock future CPUs (Ivy bridge, etc). I was wondering what motherboard i should purchase?
I also have plans to upgrade to a 875W PSU (If this isnt enough however, i would like to know before i purchase, thanks!)

So far i have two boards in mind, http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=Fatal1ty%20Z68%20Professional%20Gen3
and http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z68V_PROGEN3/

Please note i will only be buying from http://www.msy.com.au/Parts/PARTS.pdf So if anyone would like to suggest another board please make sure it is available from the above store, thanks!

Further info: I also plan to buy the new range of GPUs as they become available sometime next year, and hopefully SLI/Crossfire :)

EDIT: Completely forgot to mention that this board will be primarily used for gaming

I would go with the Asus board as they are known for being overclocking friendly and you can make the neccessary adjustments incrementally and not many MB venders make those feastures available.

Ah right, makes sense I guess. Thanks :) .
Just to clarify, there isn't any board currently available that supports pcie 3.0, both Intel & and processors, and is a decent for overclocking?

Sorry about the constant bombardment of questions.. I'm just really eager to learn :)  so thanks again to everyone who's helped so far.. I really appreciate it :D
