New Low budget AMD system needed

I am living in Delhi and am looking to build a system for my son who is 11 yrs old. I already have a 15" CRT monitor (but will upgrade it to LCD in 3-4 months), 2.1 channel speakers, microsoft keyboard & mouse.

I hv thought of buying the following and would yr help to decide the rest:

Processor - AMD X3 445 Rs.3600/-

MOBO (with onboard graphic card -suggestion needed)

2GB DDR-3 Coisair Rams Rs.1200

WD 500 GB HDD 7200 rpm black Rs.1700

LG 22X DVD writer Rs.910/-

SMPS Corsair 450w

I have a 42" plasma TV which i will be connecting to my PC for seeing the movies etc.

We will be using the system for watching movies, listening music, little bit of gaming & for office work. But I will be trying to unlock the 4th core .

Earlier I had successfully overclocked E5200 so hv a little experience in ocing.

My budget is Rs.14000/- INR and i will be buying parts from Nehru Place, New Delhi.

But the problem is that I am not able to decide which one is better than the other on the basis of features and price.

Pls help me to sort them in order from 1 to 10 with 1 being the best as per you and the 10th being the the most less features and VFM.
