Graphic card suggestions

This is the last piece of my new pc. First time trying to build a pc. It will mostly be a HTPC, streaming hulu and netflix. I will use it for sc2 as well and and the occasional mw2 match. Will this be good enough http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150459? Or would this be worth the extra $35 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127523?
Btw, I've got an athlon triple-core processor, and only a 380w psu. I'm also limited on space so it has to be low profile(half height).
I'm also open to suggestions other than what I mentioned?

Best solution

for $100 you can get a 4870 which will blow those cards away. unfortunately like you mentioned with a 380w psu you're pretty limited. between the 9500 and 5670, spend the extra money and get the 5670.

Can't beat this for the price

EVGA 512-P3-1240-LR GeForce GT 240 512MB 128-bit DDR5

$94.99 - $15 w/ promo code - $40 rebate = $39.99

At the $75 price range, I'd buy the EVGA GTS 250
$139.99 - $25 w/ promo code - $40 rebate

However, make sure ya PSU has the necessary 6 pin PCI-E cable and the necessary "juice" (150 watts for card) if ya go w/ the 250. Check with this tool
