Graphic card for core 2 duo

hello everyone, ok im gonna buy a new rig and im going to install a intel core 2 duo E7300, Foxconn P41A-G and a G.Skill PI Black 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 800: and i was wondering what graphic card should i get before i get a bottleneck. I was thinking on the 9800 GTX+ or the ati hd 5770, but im not sure if i can use the last one. What do you guys think?, thanks. PS: my ideal budget would be between 100 and 200 dollars.
