I'm unfamiliar with 5770's performance off the top of my head, but do know that 5870s are at a good price/performance point right now, outperforming 6870 cards by 10-12%....; otherwise, AMD triple core cpu based rigs and slightly older AM3 boards make otherwise fine rigs for minimal money....
