Building a system, need help with water cooling parts ill need

Hello again forum i have a question, and ill list the parts i have decided to go with so you can best help me best since im new to liquid cooling.

Azza hurrican 2000 case
ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870

I don't know about water-cooling, I've heard that ice-cooling is better.

im trying to find all the correct blocks/pumps/resivors/radiators/fittings etc i need to liquid cool this pc
