Hello here is my config:
DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2300 MHz (11.5 x 200) 4400+
Asus M4A77
Chieftec GPS-550
2x1gb ddr2 OCZ
Palit Geforce 8600gt sonic +

Will Geforce GTS250 run on it ? What is possibly the best manufacturer? Palit, Gainward ?

Yes GTS 250 should run on your rig fine.Both Palit and Gainward are good,another great brand is XFX.
However, i recommend upgrading your CPU to something faster along with 4GB of RAMs.

Thanks for your advice, but i finally decided to buy 8800 GTX O.C version. Yeah i know about the cpu and rams. Send me more $$$ then i would upgrade Thanks for everything.

No prob,8800GTX maybe old but its still a powerful card(performs pretty much like a GTS 250) and will give you a huge boost in performance.Hope you enjoy it

Futuremarks says that its even better than 250 and it has over 700 mb ram and 300 bits, 250gts have only 512mb and 256 bits/1gb and 128 bits.

Yes,the extra RAM helps especially in higher resolutions
