Between a Gpu of 1 Gb of memory and other with 2 Gb of memory, exist a lot of diference in performance?

Unless you're gaming at insane resolutions, or 3D gaming no you will not see any difference.

Now granted if you are talking about an old 9800 1GB, vs a GTX 460 2GB then hands down the 460 is better. But if its a GTX 460 1GB vs GTX 460 2GB then it all depends on your resolution.
