Best intel h67 chipset motherboard

Please suggest : best intel h67 chipset motherboard (any brand is fine) for intel core i5 2500 processor.

Purpose : browsing , watching high def movies , documentation work.

Do i need to buy a separate psu for this config ?

i dont know about best but best budget i went with an asus p8h67-m le.
i love asus' bios and their overall quality. but every company has its lemons so check reviews. search newegg.com for motherboards they make it easy to refine searches and the reviews there help.
