Help installing Radeon HD 4650 in an Emachine ET1352G-3w

I just bought a Radeon HD 4650 graphics card and I've had some problems. When I try to put the card into the MCP73VT-PM Mainboard in conflicts with the side of the machine. I also cannot locate the graphics chip that came with the computer. Sorry, I'm new to computer upgrades and I'm probably making some dumb mistake.

The the graphics card should go into the orange slot without issue. Not sure what you mean by it conflicting with the side of the case. As for the graphics chip that came with your system, it's embedded onto the motherboard and cannot be removed. Installation of a discrete graphics card usually disables the on-board graphics chipset automatically.
