Installed windows 7 now cant get into windows

Hello,
Had a dead HD, I put in a new HD. Installed windows7 ultimate. Now getting boot errors. Went into the bios and made the HD the first boot option. Now goes to ctrl+alt+delete. Still cant get into windows

Be more specific as to what you installed win7 Ult on (specs) and what boot error you are receiving.
