Hi everyone,I have a PC like that:
Intel i3-530
MSI H55M-P33
G.SKILL RIPJAWS - 2GB DDR3 1333MHz - F3-10666CL9D-2GBR
FSP SAGA II 400W with A.PFC
I only play DX9 games,1024x768 res (17" monitor).
I find those following cards in my budget :
HIS 4850 icooler IV 512MB (256bit) GDDR3 105 $
HIS 5670 IceQ IV 512MB (128bit) GDDR5 102$
Sparkle GTS 250 512MB (256bit) GDDR3 110$
ECS GTS 250E black 512Mb (256bit) GDDR3 112$
HIS 4770 iCooler III Native HDMI 512MB (128bit) GDDR5 113$
Which GPU should I buy?
Thanks, all advice is apreciated.

Solution
The real temperature difference will be from the quality of the cooler. A 250 with a good cooler will run cooler than a single slot 4850 and the opposite is true as well. With those ambient temps it is a good idea to get a card with a good cooler.

Every card is new card and has a 2-years warranty on it .
I'm not going to OC,I don't need PhysX.I only afraid about card's temperature cause it's hot where I live.In summer the open-air temperature can be 43°C (~109°F)
I think 5670 and 4770 lack of raw power so only 4850 & 250 left
Is the 4850 cooler than 250?
And If I pick 250 then what should I pick ?
