With a free membership, you earn points by critiquing others' photos and
then having those critiques rated by other users; you can then upload a
photo for every 15 points you earn. It's a good way to encourage
constructive criticism.

You can buy a yearly membership for $25 that allows you to upload three
photos every 72 hours, and additional photos with earned points.
