hi am planning to build my pc in a few weeks and wanted some advice on parts i already have all the parts exept

---motherboard
---cpu

i have got a 6850 gpu off a friend for cheap unfortunatly this has left me very short for cpu+mobo but i have several ideas of what i was considering-----

AM3
AMD Athlon II X3 445 £57
ASRock M3A770DE £50
total £107

or

AM3 Pii
AMD Phenom II X4 955 £115
ASRock M3A770DE £50
total £165

or

I3
i3 540 £80
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H £65
total £145

as this computer is only for gaming i know cpu is not as important but wondered which would be best from avalue point of view
Also wanted to know if ASRock M3A770DE will be fine ,and how much the AMD Athlon II X3 445 will bottleneck the cpu?

The m3a770 is fine for the 445,
but I'd maybe step it up to an m4 board if you can stretch a little further
I run two in my house with 435's in (both unlocked to four cores, mines oc'd to 3.5GHz) and sapphire 5770's for pretties duty, depending on what games you play you should be fine on med settings at least
the 955 is tempting me, but if you are really pushed on budget, go for a 450, triplecores are plenty at the moment for games,
I'm assuming you bought the ram already? you may find your chip limits the rams speed, not too noticable tbh,
what did you pay for the 6850 btw?
