Hello, I was originally going to get a Corsair TX-750 PSU for my setup which includes 2 radeon hd 6950's (unlocked shaders only) in crossfire.

However, recently I decided that I want a Modular psu at the same wattage.

Does anyone know of any good ones?

(I'm looking for the cheapest modular 750 psu I can find as I am on a budget. However, the psu must be a good unit and reliable.)

I really good modular 750w PSU I know of is the XFX 750w Black Edition http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207003&Tpk=xfx%20black%20edition%20750w. It is $130 without the rebate and $110 with the rebate. There is also shipping, but it isn't that much. ALSO it is 80 plus Silver certified.

Wow thanks for all the suggestions guys!

I've decided on either the XFX750w Black Edition
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207003

or the Silverstone ST75F-P 750W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256059

I'm slightly favoring the silverstone at this point because it is 100% modular as opposed to being mostly modular like the XFX unit.

Does anyone know If the silverstone will support Crossfire? I know the XFX unit will because it is listed as sli and crossfire ready. However, I'm not so sure about the silverstone.

Also, will these power supplies be enough for two 6950's with unlocked shaders in CF?

Yes the Silverstone is Crossfire certified which doesn't really mean anything imo.
As long as a unit provides the required power output and has the correct amount of pcie connectors it's pretty much crossfire and sli ready.

Both units are very good.
Personally i run a Corsair HX750 which is worth the extra dough imo for more connections and a 7yr warranty.
