Xps 400 1 and 4 lights are on

i my pc ran fine until i turned it on 2 days later...when i turn it on you hear the fans come on and then the number 1 and 4 lights stay on and then it shuts down by itself then trys to start again and it will just keep doing this over and over...it is a dell xps 400

Thats an old Dell....
Unless there is an Dell expert lingering around,read the part on ''diagnostic lights"
