Will this graphics card fit in my PC?

I have an asus essentio computer, model number is cm5675. I want to buy a graphics card for my pc, but not sure if the graphics card will fit. I know I have the proper slot for the card tho.

What I am trying to ask is, well, technically, yes, I know the card will fit being it has a PCI slot. What I want to know is if it will physically fit in my case?

Well originailly my PC had a 300w power supply, I just picked up a 850w yesterday and installed it. So I do believe I have enough power for this card, being it requires a minimum of 500w.
