CPU Coolerr for CM USP 100

Hi there, would a CM V8 Mount in the CM USP 100? I check the CM website and it stated that the USP 100 had 160mm of height got a CPU cooler and the CM V8 is 158mm in height. My main concern is that does the 160mm of clearance from the USP 100 include the extra height from the motherboard stand offs?

Yes it would fit but i would buy a 212+ instead it's a better cooler and cheaper too.

They case is 214mm wide so I imagine they are considering everything in and limiting just the cooler height to 160mm.
