What to upgrade?

Hey guys,

My system specs:

Intel Quadcore Q6700 2.67 clocked to 2.93
8GB running at 733
ASUS P5N-D
Geforce 260 GTX 896MB

My questions are; should I increase my ram speed by upgrading both my ram and/or MB or should I go straight into picking up a better video card? (480, 580?) And how much increase should I expect from each while keeping the same processor?

Well, what resolution do you play? Your Quad Core CPU is still fast enough, OC it a little bit to 3.0GHz or more. You already have enough RAM, don't worry about that.
I'll say upgrade your GPU to GTX460 or GTX470 (Nvidia), or you can get HD6870 from AMD.

I completely agree with wa1, that CPU is still decent, try to OC it to 3.0 or higher, don't worry about your RAM and a 6870 upgrade will be a nice one...
