System/hard drive static feed back

i built a new system with windows 7 ultimate, amd 1090+ cpu, asus m4A89GTD pro/usb3, nzxt hale90 750 psu, 500gb seagate hdd, nzxt phantom case...

im getting an annoying level of static which was even worst before i disabled the cpu throttling features in the bios.
now i can still hear the hdd when its working....

i noticed the wire that goes to the front panel audio is touching the psu and i heard some1 say that hard drives shaking can cause static, so im thinking if the wire touching the vibrating psu is whats giving me the feedback noise...


any suggestions?

disconnected it and it still has static...maybe its my speaker cables, might have to make a stop @ guitar center....smh
