Found this article http://computersight.com/programming/php/submerged-computers/ that talks about this possible configuration.
What do you think? Is it really possible?
Seems really cool and, since I don't really like to change parts of my computer once built, I'd give it a try.

Its possible. They use mineral oil which is non conductive, its quite efficient to cool with as well do to its much higher specific heat compared to air, and the fans work on it too, the only trouble is if you ever want to move it to a real case it will be a major pain to clean, but as long as you dont plan to pull it out very often it will work quite well.

Just be aware, that like that system has, you will need a liquid cooling system with a giant radiator, the tank serves as the resevoir, but you need to keep the temperature of the oil down or it doesnt help for long.
