New Graphic Card

hi , my computer is kinda dying , so i was thinking on buying something :

Do you think the processor can handle that Graphics card?
i currently have NOX Urano 600W , and a GTX260 with Core 2 duo 6600 2'33
i think the power supply can hold on the graphics card , could it?

my budget is 445€ - 644.560 USD
for Mother board , Ram , Processor , and GP.
HDD already have one , and Case too.

the only link that worked for me was the one for the msi motherboard.. however it is an lga 1155 socket motherboard and wont be compatible with your core 2 duo CPU... also it would be better to get a newer generation GPU instead of the gtx 260... like a hd 6870 or a gtx 560 ti for the exact same price since they suport dx 11 and the gtx 260 does not

What want to buy is :
Asus P8H61-M LE/USB3 B3
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2GB GDDR5
Intel Core i3 2100 3.1Ghz Box Socket 1155
And the question is , could a nox urano 600w PS handle that graphic , core 2 duo and 260gtx is what i currently have.

yes that power supply could easily power that system, in fact you could probably get away with a 500watt PSU but not if you plan on OCing
