Hi - I'm trying to get my DDR3 memory to run at 1600 instead of 1333.

ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3 Motherboard
Intel Core i7 2600K
Kingston KHX1600C9D3K4/16GX Memory

According to the snipit of info from Kingston's Memory DataSheet (see below), this memory can run at XMP-1600. CPU-Z's SPD tab shows a column for XMP-1600 at 800 MHz, etc. However, CPU-Z also shows on the Memory tab that my DRAM Frequency is 665.2MHz (x2 that's about 1333MHz). In my BIOS it shows my memory voltage is 1.65V which the datasheet below equates to DDR3-1600. Any ideas how I can get my memory to run at 1600?
Thanks!

================
Kingston's KHX1600C9D3K4/16GX is a kit of four 512M x 64-bit
(4GB) DDR3-1600 CL9 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 2Rx8
memory modules, based on sixteen 256M x 8-bit DDR3 FBGA
components per module. Each module kit supports Intel® XMP
(Extreme Memory Profiles). Total kit capacity is 16GB. Each
module kit has been tested to run at DDR3-1600 at a low
latency timing of 9-9-9-27 at 1.65V. The SPDs are programmed
to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1333 timing of 9-9-9 at 1.5V.
Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires
+1.5V.

Hold it. Problem solved. I found in the BIOS where I could set the DRAM to use the XMP-1600 Profile #1
Now CPU-Z reports DRAM Frequency 798.2MHz (up from 665.2MHz) so I'm a happy camper.
