I setup a very simple atom computer with Intel BOXD510MO from newegg w/ A-Data DDR2 800 4 GB on a 1920 x 1080 screen and installed Win 7 64x Pro with the 64x drivers from Intel site. Problem is that I am getting random crashes that require a power shutoff. Nothing responds. It froze on Google Earth once , on random websites, on Prime95 (once, but okay other times) and repeatedly when attempting to attach multiple 100k documents in gmail. Coretemp reports 35C. I am really not sure what is going on. According to wiki, the d510 supports 64x and all the drivers are the latest from intel. Memtest86 passed.

Hmm, maybe try some other memory tests, such as the other testing programs available on the Ultimate Boot CD?

You could also try running in Safe Mode with Networking and see if you get the random crashes.
