WiFi-AP Solo

I have an asus P5K-E MB installed and can longer access, or detect the WiFi -AP Solo.
Also if the MB came with an install disc I have misplaced it,can I download a new one?

Yes you can from here

Go to the downloads Tab, select your OS, and then download it from there.
