Help me chose a motherboard between these two boards!!

hi,
im building a new gaming rig with the following specs:

amd phenom ii x4 955 be processor

4gb of ocz or kinston ddr3 ram

powercolor or xfx hd 5770

500 gb hard

i have 2 motherboards in my mind:

the gigabyte GA-880-GA ud3h

i have no idea what to chose both looks good!! please someone help me chose!!!! thanx!

I would find another 880 board that at least allows Crossfire in the future as a potential gaming upgrade path......; if sure you will only use one gpu, either will do.

but the 880 g has more options than the 870 and the gigabyte! can you please tell me which is better??

^The only option that it has over the 870 is on board video, It doesnt have good cf capability.The 870 has 8x, 8x.

If this build is for gaming like you already said, Drop the cpu to a athlon II x3 and fit a better video card like a 6850 in there. Maybe get a little beefier psu(if you do plan to cf) Make sure the psu is from a reliable brand (corsair, antec, seasonic. etc...)

hmmmmm..... are you sure? new egg states that both has 8x 8x! if i buy a cheaper motherboard i can fit in a good gpu & psu!! but what about future upgradability in the 870 extreme 3??
