GTX 460 - EVGA or Gigabyte?

Which would you recommend, the EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SuperClocked - 1GB GDDR5 or GIGABYTE Super Overclock Series GeForce GTX 460 1GB GDDR5? The EVGA has more stream processors but the Gigabyte has higher clock speeds. They are the same price after rebates.

EVGA for the warranty and 90day step up program. Either is an excellent choice however.

Those are both 1GB GTX 460s. They have the same number of stream processors. Either should overclock to the 850-1700-2000 range with no problems because both have excellent cooling.
