Does all Ram support Crossfire

I'm building a computer for a friend and i noticed that some ram says SLI ready which made me wonder if only certain ram can support Crossfire. ( Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KHX8500D2K2/2G ) This is the Ram in Question

as long as your going with matched pairs everything is cool,the sli ready is just a sellling gimmick......

No, RAM has nothing to do with SLI or Crossfire.
It's the motherboard and video cards.
Most modern motherboards support both.

SLI memory actually has nothing to do with SLI or crossfire. It was an attempt by Nvidia to copy Intel's XMP idea on Nvidia chipset AMD motherboards.

Nvidia should have called it something else to avoid this confusion.
