M2n68-LA (Narra 3) CPU Upgrade

Hey there,

I am experiencing some serious bottlenecking using the following setup.

m2n68-la (Narra 3)
Coolermaster GX series 750w PSU
AMD Quad Phenom 9500
EVGA GTX 460 EE
6 gig DDR2 ram

I am wanting to upgrade with CPU without doing a complete mobo, cpu and ram overhaul as I just bought the new ipad last month. I am currently playing Rift and am experiencing 20 fps which is rather annoying. HP doesn't allow me to OC my Phenom 9500, so my only option is to replace the CPU with a better one.

So my question is: What is the absolute best option I have in compatibility for this motherboard??

I have reviewed http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/M2N68-LA_%28Narra3-G... but I've heard that this mobo can support 95w AMD's as well. Just need some help so i can make a purchase! Thanks, and again, I am not interested in a complete overhaul right now so please don't suggest buying a new mobo, just looking for CPU advice!
