Pc shutting off problems.

hey, i need help.
during heavy use, after half an hour or so my pc will shut off but the fans will still be spinning very slowly and the light will still be on.

all power saving options are disabled.

My specs
Pentium Dual Core E2140 1.6ghz at 2.2ghz
ecs 945gct-hm motherboard (flashed 945gct-m bios)
gigabyte GeForce GT430 OC
bestec 300w psu 19A 12V+
2x1gb ddr2 ram 667mhz
stock intel cooling.

at idle my cpu is at 28 degrees.
My motherboard records 128 degrees in pc wizard 2010?
my gpu reports temperature of 55 degrees.
and pc wizard says my fans are at 0 rpm.

please help as i dont know what the problem is.

Is there a chipset cooler on the motherboard and is it clean? It sounds like a heat issue.
