Is pc2-3200 and pc2-5300 compatible?

my mother board is 945GCT-M2

and can support up to 2gb of ram.
when i inserted the two, may pc won't boot.

Your motherboard supports both DDR2 3200 (200 Mhz) and 5300 (333 Mhz). If you will having problems booting, you should check the voltage.

set the ram settings to that of the lowest stick, i.e. the pc2-3200 that might help.
