What motherboard to get?

Hi, I am looking into getting a new processor (AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition) and I need to find a motherboard that would work well with this CPU. I have tried looking around but I am just kinda confused on what would be best for me. Also I plan on overclocking my CPU (hopefully to 4.0+ ghz) so I would think I would need a very good aftermarket cooler. So I would apreciate any advice or suggestions anyone has and it wold help alot.

Also the motherboard I was looking at was: ASUS M5A97 AM3+ AMD 970 (and the reviews aren't the best on it)
And the cooler I was looking at was the Cooler Master Hyper N 520 (and the reviews didn't look so great on this either)

And like I said I would greatly appreciate and feedback.

Get a coolermaster hyper 212+ or 212 evo. The evo is slightly better than the +. but the 212s are much better than the 520. As for the board. I would get the GIGABYTE 990FXA 990FX UD3 if I were you.
