2 Internet conection, 1 internet is not working, how to connect other autometica

I have 2 internet conection, have router and have swich also. If one internet is down, how other internet is connected autometically, In one router i will connect two connection how can i balence two net connections.

I'll give you a dollar to connect the two modems and the router to the switch... Just kidding, really don't do that. You are going to need a router with dual WAN interfaces.
