Intel I5-2400 temp

Hi,

I've changed my cpu to a I5-2400 and when I ran prime95 I noticed temperatures up to 65-70C. Room temp 20-21C.

Is this a normal temp with the stock cooler ? I thought the I5 would run cooler since the 32nm technology.
