Error with video card

Hi,

Phew, after formatting my reconditioned dell precision 690, it is now showing an error message;

error;cant enter setup. video mode 103 is not supported by this video card.
what is going on? it's not done this before. And it has been formatted before, am pretty sure it didnt do this last time.

Any help please? what is going on and how do i fix it?

What OS are you installing? What video card does it have installed?

You installed the correct video card drivers?

was formatting hard drive to install xp profesional. correct video drivers should have been installed already, didnt install them myself thought.
