Need help picking a motherboard. (AMD)

Hi, I need help choosing an AMD motherboard. This is my second build (my first being a good 7 or 8 years ago!) and I'm a little behind on some things. I recently bought the following parts listed below, expect for the hard drive which I'm salvaging from the old build. I really doubt I'll be doing much overclocking if any at all, so that's not much of an issue for me.

Would either of these be good for what I need. I don't mind paying more if I have to, but I don't want to overpay for stuff I don't need either. Anyways, I'm up for suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I've been pretty happy with my Asus Sabertooth 990FX. It might be overkill for average use, but you'll get a great warranty, and expansion if you want it. But honestly, I am with gokica, either of your choices are fine.
  3. Alright, thanks guys.
