How does that cost 1600? I would put that at around 1.2K tops.

Swap out that PSU for a real brand, those XtremeGear ones are pretty crappy, a good 550W unit is better than that 700W unit, its only got 38A between its 12V rails, a good 550W unit has ~40A between its 12V rails, a 700W unit should have about 55A.
