How to downclock my 4550

my graphic card is sapphire 4550 512mb ddr3 fanless

i use it for 1 month without problems.

however i found that it's idel clock is gpu 300mhz, memory 500mhz and my load clock is gpu 600mhz and memory 667mhz.

i found i have another 5670 sapphire which has idel clock at 167mhz/300mhz. (my 4550 is so much over than 5670)

so i think 4550 idel is just like this or how to change to similar value. ( i don't see option to change the idel clock)

and what should be the approprite oc clock to work withmy both sapphire 4550 and 5670. (my current load temp is around 60~70 C)

Well, your temps are fine, so it's okay even if you don't underclocked it...
You can try app called Afterburner...

i know it's ati work

but i think the down clocking is not low enough because the working and idel clocks are not that differ. i think the down clocking should be more aggressive like my 5670 card
