Look 6870 its a little bit faster than 6850 but there is not so much difference that u will say wow!
The difference of price between 6870 and 6850 is much than their performance difference.
I think the price difference is about 70$ but i m not sure.
So u better put your hands on 6850.

There is difference of warranty and the type of cooler they use.
Some make less noise or even silent.And they also do ventilation of air in case
XFX is the best
XFX offers excellent warranty.

why does it say "black" is it some kind of superior thing or just a clocked HD6870

Check the specs, it maybe an overclocked version. Try and match the specs of the card with the one's provided by geniusender above.

If you can OC, then do it yourself and get a normal card. But if you are not too confident enough then you can get this. Or if the Black edition is on sale and you are getting it cheap.
