Need to upgrade my Motherboard

hey Guys.............m an Oldy with an Old PC.....

my Config :

Intel Core2 Duo E7500
Intel GD41RQ :fou:  (pain in ass MB :cry:  )
2GB DDR2 667Mhz
MSI R4350 1GB GPU

i :cry:  need to upgrade my Motherboard........i wud like u all to suggest me sum motherboard......so that i can use my rest accessories in that nd i can further upgrade my accessories.....

my recommendation for motherboard :

overclocking , better heat management, usb3 support, dual GPU support (ATI crossfire)
Asus boards can match my requirements??

Sounds like you want P45 board. No point in investing in a harder to find an X38 or X48 board considering how outdated that socket is. I don't know the conversion rate for IRN, but I wouldn't spend more than the equivalent of $100 US on a motherboard for that socket. I say get a P45 board off eBay like this

It may be better though just to get 4GB of DDR2 800 and getting a better video card for your current system then just save up for a newer CPU/MB/RAM
