Sapphire 5850 cooler

There is two version of Sapphire 5850 on with cooler on center and one with cooler on end of the card. What to choose? What of theese two card is colder, quiet and better to OC. Price is the same.

The card with the fan in the center would stay cooler and probably OC a little better. However, it blows the head around inside your case and you should make sure you have enough case airflow. The cooler with the blower design would exhaust the heat out the back much better. While it doesn't keep the card as cool, it does get rid of the hot air and helps keep it from circulating around your case.

Normally the cooler with the center fan is prefered. But, I tend to like it to exhaust.

Sapphire makes a Vapor-X version that fun quite cool. They may cost a little more and can have a factory OC.

I will choose GPU with fan in center. CoolerMaster elite 335 ok for this card?

^That is just a case and it should fit fine. What Power supply will you use?

^That should work as long as you don't have a ton of drives, fans, and a huge CPU overclock. Under normal circumstances that is perfectly fine.

CPU will be Phenom II X4 925, is this CPU good with 5850?

Yeah that would be fine unless you start to OC out the wazzo, have multiple hard drives and a slew of fans. People sometimes forget fans and hard drives use power too. But a modest build will have no issue with a Corsair 500w.
