Need some input on a $500 build

So I'm in the market for a new system and I happened to stumble across this barebone kit. My budget is basically around $500 and I already have a 9800 GT that I'm going to be using with the system (perhaps going to upgrade in the future). So my question is, is this kit worth buying in terms of a cost to performance ratio? Thanks in advance for your input!

Either sell or keep the bundled psu as backup & get this one. The rest looks good. I have the same cpu/mobo combo.
