Any ideas on a good low profile GPU?

I have a computer i recently built laying around and im looking to give it to a friend soon. Its a small form factor pc with a 2.5 Ghz Celeron dual core (the e3300, 45nm), 2 GB of ddr3 ram, and a pretty good 500GB Hitachi HDD. However it uses onboard graphics currently, the Intel x4500HD. I want to put a decent low profile, small card in there that can handle some games at at least mid setting on maybee a 1024 x 768 resolution monitor. Any ideas? I need a low profile and cool card since the case is the Lian Li PC-Q07, and if you've seen it, you know its small.
