Graphics card handle new monitor?

Hey all,
I'm looking at a new monitor, either a 1920x1080 or 1600x900 and I was wondering if my current card, (5850) can handle it... I play games like Cod, Bfbc2, and Crysis. I understand it'll struggle w/ Crysis, but can I play the others maxed? Also, what is a good response time?

Will it change my gaming experience?I just went from a 19in ( LCD ) 1440 x 900 to a 23in 1920 x 1080 and that was a HUGE difference. A 14in to a 20 is an even bigger upgrade so you are going to be blown away! Not to mention how much better the picture will be on the LCD.
