PSU for graphic card

Dear friend,

Please tell whether this powersupply is enough for GTS 450 or not.
coolermaster eXtreme Power Plus 500W (RS-500-PCAR-A3 / RS-500-PCAP-A3) . It supply 18 amp on two 12 v rails.

On Gts 450 card, it is mentioned it needs more than 400 watt with minimum 12 v current of 22 amp.

please suggest.

but why on graphic card it is mentioned that it requires minimum 22 amp current. will 4 amp make any difference to graphic card performance.

the psu is fine for a gts450, no problems.

GTS450 does not require a lot of power so you'll be fine
