We have about 40-50 clients we connect remotely to using RDP on a daily basis. The way it is set up now is that there is one username/password that all of our users use to log onto that computer and do their work. there is 3-5 users at once logged into each computer. my question is this: would it be better to create an individual usernam/password for each user or is the way we operate ok? can the way we have it setup cause a lot of problems? thanks for any advice you may have...
