Trying to get USB 3 hub for Windows Server 2003

Doe anybody know of a USB 3 PCI express card that doesn't require external power and is tested to work with Windows Server 2003? I've been trying to get a Fresco Logic FL1000 card to work with my server and it crashes the system on boot.

This is what I installed in my Win7 computer and works fine. In use for over 6 months. Not sure whether it will work in your Win Server 2003.
