PCG R505-TL
OS is Widows ME

I am interested in knowing how to change the BIOS to recognize the
memory slot as a bootabl source.

Do not have PCMCIA external cd or do not want to purchas Sony external
CDRW.

As far as I know these memory cards are like any other source of data.
Is there a way to configure memory sticks and use this feature?

Thank you.

Can't be done, they never released such a BIOS.

Do you have the dock? IFAIK it'll boot from a USB floppy.

The BIOS setting has removeable items on it.

The memory slot is recognized as a type II pca Card.
