Freezing during games & net

Hi guys

So by reading some threads off of here and different sites, I'm skeptical of my PSU... My games ( Starcraft 2, Combat Arms, etc.) continually freeze randomly. Reading some forums, I was led to believe my PSU at fault, so I downloaded SensorViewPro to check the voltages. My +12V reads at 10.60. Is this low, and should I be concerned about this?

Software voltage monitoring is worthless.

What power supply do you have, and what are your system specs?

I don't think it's your power supply, unless it's extremely damaged/faulty. You aren't pulling more than 350W.

Hmmm... any other suggestions as to what might be causing this?

Lots of things could cause freezing.

Incorrect ram setttings, ie: voltage, timings

Old video drivers

A hard drive that has never been cleanup or defragged.

Overheating of the cpu or gpu.

How would I go about testing RAM settings? I know it's not the drivers because I just updated recently, and i defragged my HDD not long ago, so that leaves the RAM or overheating issues..
