Are these specs ok for running a game called Perfect World International (its similar to WOW)

I would really appreciate some help or tips :)
 
Eh.. all is OK except for the video card. If you want to play with any type of graphics settings up past low you should get a dedicated video card. Check http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-radeon-hd-6870-radeon-hd-6850,2782.html, the cheapest card there will be better than what you have by 2-3 times.
 
What about your motherboard? Does it has pcie slot?
I suggest get a dedicated card, even a cheap dedicated card like GT240 or HD5670 is MUCH faster than onboard HD4200, so you will see HUGE performance increase going from 4200 to GT240/HD5670... :)
